Tercera Estrofa (Third Verse) is a work by Carlos Soto Román, and it is the third part of a trilogy following 11 and Chile Project [Re-Classified].
In this book, published by Naranja Publicaciones, the poet uses different operations in response to the third verse of Chile’s national anthem, the recitation of which was imposed upon the public during Augusto Pinochet’s dictatorship (1973-1990).
