Desdoblar la luz Publication produced within the framework of the GPA Artistic Residency.
The publication takes as its starting point quotations from the book ‘Catching the light’ by Arthur Zajonc that deal with the phenomenon of light, rainbows, clouds and visual perception. These quotations are put into dialogue with monoprint illustrations by the artist. Each box contains three chapter-booklets that can be opened in different directions, six cards whose visibility is affected by the interaction of a red mica, a thread counter and 3D glasses.
