Una Caligrafía del Alma contains a series of reproductions of drawings that, inspired by oriental practices, invite the viewer to visually complete the work, reflecting on the unfinished, the empty and the essential.

The folder was published in an edition of 18 signed and numbered copies, each with 27 digital reproductions of these drawings. It also includes an original drawing by the author.

About the author

Guillermo Núñez (1930-2024) Santiago de Chile. Chilean visual artist. National Visual Arts Award 2007.

A multifaceted artist, throughout his career he devoted himself to different areas of creation, seeking points of encounter and integration of disciplines. He developed paintings, engravings, serigraphs, photo-serigraphs, installations, artist’s books and object art, with themes that refer to historical events, wars, disputes and personal experiences, which show and denounce violence and human destruction.
